Product Description
We believe fingers and toes are 20 little palettes just waiting to be painted.
We believe fun and toxic chemicals don't belong in the same sentence.
Suncoatgirl is created by a Canadian chemist and mother of 2 girls Yingchun Liu- Ying for short - when her daughters wanted to paint their nails up pretty.
