How do I know my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order we confirm it by sending an e-mail containing the unique order ID, expected date of delivery and tracking details of your order.

 

Can I order the product that is out of stock?

Unfortunately, you cannot. But if you are still interested in the product Herbspro India can notify you as soon as the product is back in the stocks. You can contact our Customer Support Executives at support@herbsproindia.com for notification.

 

How can I check the status of my orders?

Herbspro India will be sending you the delivery updates at every stage, from the processing to the delivery. You can also view the status of your orders and other related information in the ‘My Account’ section on our website. Go to My Orders and you will be finding the status of your specific order and their tracking information.

 

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we do sell wholesale. You can contact our Customer Support Executives at support@herbsproindia.com or call: 7013221207, 9718672443 for queries and further details.

 

What do different order statuses mean?

  • Authorized Payment Pending: Your order has been logged and we are waiting for the payment on your order.
  • Payment Authorized, Order Processed: Your order has been processed and is ready to leave the warehouse for shipping.
  • Order Shipped: Your order has been processed and shipped by us and is out for delivery to your location.

 

Is it possible for me to cancel my order or make changes on my existing order?

Yes. You can edit your existing order any time before the order is shipped. But you cannot make the changes after the order is shipped, same applies for the cancellation too. Please be informed that the delivery lead time will be increased by 7 days from the actual expected date just in case if there is any change in the existing order.

You can contact our Customer Care Executives or can send us an e-mail at support@herbsproindia.com regarding the changes or cancellation.

 

How can I track my order?

Online tracking is made available for all the orders. You can track your order through a clickable tracking link that is provided to you through our shipping notification e-mail or you can know the details by contacting our Customer Support Executives also.

 

How can I change my address or phone number after the order is placed?

You need to contact us at support@herbsproindia.com and update us on the new delivery address. Similarly, you have to update us the new phone number that you would like us to contact you on the order/delivery status.

 

Can I order multiple products in a single order?

Certainly, multiple products can be ordered in a single order.

 

Do I get a cancellation confirmation if my order is cancelled?

Yes, an email will be sent as confirmation by customer support if an order is cancelled.

Do you ship to international locations?

Unfortunately, we do not ship to International locations. We are confined within India.

 

How much time does it take to deliver the order?

The delivery time is decided upon the availability of the product with us. If the product is available in India it will take 2-7 days for Herbspro India to process, ship the order. If the product has to be procured from our head office in USA, it will take a minimum of 10 business days for the shipment to reach you.The delivery lead time is communicated to you on the website before the order is placed.

 

I missed delivery of my order today. What should I do?

No problem. Our delivery executive will get in touch with you before delivering the order. In case you miss your order it will be usually delivered on the next business day.

 

Is the cancellation available at all stages of product delivery?

No, cancellation is not available at all the stages. Cancellation can be done before the product is shipped from our warehouse. It is not possible to cancel the order once the product is out for delivery.

 

Does it take the same time for all locations in India?

No it doesn’t take same time for delivery to all the locations in India. It depends on the location and zip code. For few of the zip codes it might take more time, based on the shipping carrier availability for the zip code.

 

How to track my order status?

We shall provide you the shipping tracking ID with the shipping carrier website link. To track your order please go on to shipping carrier website, in the 'tracking track' tab please enter your tracking ID, there you can see your tracking resulting page.

However, an email is sent to you from our side once the shipment is out for delivery.

How can I pay for the purchase on Herbspro India?

We accept your payment online with all major credit and debit cards. Unfortunately, COD option is not available on our website.

 

I have placed an order using my Credit/Debit card but it was not successful. What happens if the money gets deducted from my account?

Normally banks roll bank the amount within 5-7 working days. If your bank informs you otherwise and the amount is credited in our account, we shall refund the amount within a specific time period which depends on the mode of your payment.
