ACE logo should be on top of kneecap. 3. Fasten upper, lower and middle straps to desired compression level. 4. Adjust all straps as needed. How to wear without Comfort Fit sleeve: Do not put foot through Comfort Fit sleeve. Align patella opening with Comfort Fit sleeve over kneecap and follow step 3 and 4. Adjustable sizing: Measure circumference of thigh 3 inches above kneecap. Fits up to 22 in. Care: Close fasteners prior to washing. Hand wash with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and air dry.
